6-15-12 apparently those aforementioned shades were not protools hard-drive-crash, nor studio ceiling leaks protected and the delays keep pouring in. still have a view of the track tho and are ardently moving forth on the albums...

4-7-12 ghostbeat is upright bubbly. Got the shades out coz the light at the end of the tunnel is so bright; final sessions for 3 new albums are on the home stretch. Soon they'll start streaming here before they hit Amazon and iTunes.

3-8-12 bryan had a great time chatting with Roger Hodgson ("the legendary voice of Supertramp") for an interview.

3-5-12 More lovely harmonic sessions with Vashti Germaine and Debra Hart for spirituAll.

2-24-12 Some great sessions today with Youth In Harmony and Debra Hart for the new song "Praise You." Hear a sneak peek

2-24-12 Jared Campbell (fellow busker) has added mandolin to tracks on Fw: Re: and spirituAll.

2-10-12 Can you handle the truth? After no new ghostbeat albums since 1999, 3 new ones will be released this year. old friend surprise will be all new unreleased songs. spirituAll is all spiritually evocative songs, some new and some older tho newly produced. Fw: Re: will be all 90s ghostbeat classics with all new production, accomodating the new solo ghostbeat lineup.

2-15-12 Yes, ghostbeat has been inconspicuous hereabouts lately and long since anytime. Things have been and are happening, so let's fill in the blanks. After bryan and Ken stopped playing as a covers/originals duo in Melbourne, FL, bryan began writing and producing personalized songs for chronic and terminal children at SongsOfLove. Over 250 songs later (that's 25 albums worth folks) he still writes for them.

Ken joined Spearfish and is rockin' awesome with those booty-shakin classic and alternative covers.

Amidst that, bryan couldn't resist getting some new ghostbeat material going and started sessions with other local band luminaries (Peter Tuck, Local 518, Elephant Gun, Nuclear Umbrella, Heinous Bienfang and His Cheap Moves). David Bitner laid down some wonderful rhythm tracks for the first set of tunes, and that led to bryan joining a band with David that turned out to be Brevard Busking Coalition. Lots of ethnic percussion drew him in but turns out it turned out to be energetic, creative. positive, and most of all fun! They've been going strong for almost 3 years, and have released their first album on iTunes, Amazon etc. Also on Pandora, it's called It Will Come Back To You, and seems to be streaming along with videos on a different new website every day.

We'll keep you posted here when they are scheduled to go live on the internet at Younow.com's "Music+" channel. You can check out their performances here anytime. Of course the same goes for ghostbeat, showing up there more often, and with a reservoir of fun songs and attempts here.
